Revolutionary Production Methods for HPLC Columns.
Since 1993, we have been pioneers in developing production methods for nano-, capillary-, and microbore HPLC columns. Our commitment to innovation and excellence has led us to create unique and robust columns that set new industry standards.
At the core of our success is our unparalleled packing technology. Our columns undergo rigorous benchmarking tests against similar products on the market, consistently proving their superior performance. While the details of our intellectual property remain a closely guarded secret, we assure you that our technology is robust and capable of withstanding any audit.
The seemingly small range of 75 micron ID to 1 mm ID holds immense significance from a production standpoint. It took us years of dedicated research and development to refine our methods and achieve optimal results. However, our pursuit of perfection is ongoing, and we continually explore avenues to enhance our production techniques.
In line with our commitment to advancement, we are excited to announce the upcoming launch of a groundbreaking concept for nano LC columns in 2024. Our relentless drive to reduce production time while maintaining uncompromising quality has led to this innovative solution.
At G&T Septech, we are proud of our revolutionary production methods for HPLC columns. Our unwavering dedication to continuous improvement ensures that our customers receive cutting-edge products that exceed their expectations. Join us on our journey as we redefine the possibilities in chromatography technology.

GUARD & TRAP COLUMNS AND CONNECTORS
Our proprietary guard/trap columns, meticulously designed to offer virtually no dead volume. These columns come with two options for inlet ports on both ends: 10–32 or 6–40 threads. While these guard columns are specifically recommended for our capillary column line, they can also serve as trap columns when combined with nano columns.
Our guard/trap columns are available in three diameters: 0.3 mm, 0.5 mm, and 1.0 mm ID, all with a uniform length of 5 mm.
Efficiency and Quality at the Core of Our Operations
We have established a robust infrastructure to ensure smooth and reliable production of our columns. Currently, we operate six efficient packing stations alongside four dedicated testing stations. This setup allows us to maintain a seamless workflow and deliver high-quality products to our valued customers.
Scalable Production Infrastructure for Growing Demands
Our production technology is designed with scalability in mind, empowering us to swiftly expand our operations to meet growing demands. As the industry evolves, we are ready to adapt and accommodate the evolving needs of our clients without compromising on quality.
Integrity and Transparency in Testing Procedures
Integrity and transparency are fundamental principles guiding our testing procedures. We take pride in conducting fair and accurate tests, refraining from any manipulation to enhance plate numbers presented in the Certificate of Analysis (CoA). By connecting the columns to injectors and detectors using transfer capillaries, we create realistic scenarios that mirror the end-user experience. Our commitment lies in ensuring that customers can achieve the plate numbers stated in the CoA, reflecting our dedication to delivering reliable and trustworthy results.
Optimized Software for Precise Measurements
To facilitate our testing processes, we employ a customized version of ChromStar tailored specifically to our production needs. This optimized software enables us to streamline our operations and achieve consistent and precise measurements.
Data Security and Accessibility
Data security and accessibility are of utmost importance to us. All data generated throughout our production and testing phases are diligently stored on a local server. Additionally, we implement regular backups and transfers of data to external locations, guaranteeing the safety and integrity of crucial information.
Streamlined Documentation for Seamless Integration
When it comes to sharing documentation with our esteemed OEM customers, we prioritize efficiency and convenience. Our Certificates of Analysis (CoA) are sent electronically in an open format, allowing for seamless integration and easy access for our partners.
From Bulk Receipt to Shipment: A Traceable Workflow
From the initial receipt of bulk materials to the final shipment of columns, our meticulous processes ensure a smooth and traceable workflow. Every step involved in the production journey is meticulously documented, assuring our customers of consistent quality and adherence to industry standards.
